Privacy Policy

How Always Leads collects, uses, and safeguards your information — including the SMS text messaging practices required for A2P 10DLC carrier compliance.

Last updated: October 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Always Leads (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our website, marketing systems, automations, and SMS text messaging services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to deliver and operate the Services, including:

  • Account & Business Information: name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, website domain, and billing information you provide when signing up or managing your account.
  • SMS & Communication Data: phone numbers, message content, delivery status, opt-in and opt-out records, and related metadata for any SMS/MMS text messages sent through our missed-call text-back, review funnels, and marketing campaigns.
  • Usage & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and analytics data that help us improve the Services.
  • Lead & Customer Data: contact details for your leads and customers that you import or collect through our funnels, forms, and CRM.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Register and provision A2P 10DLC phone numbers and send SMS/MMS on your behalf;
  • Process payments and manage your subscription;
  • Respond to support requests and provide customer service;
  • Send service-related, transactional, and (with your consent) marketing communications;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

3. SMS Text Messaging & A2P 10DLC Compliance

Our Services include SMS and MMS text messaging (such as missed-call text-back, review requests, and marketing campaigns). Messaging is delivered over U.S. carrier networks under the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) registration framework.

SMS Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Always Leads and/or the business whose number initiated the message. We only send SMS messages to phone numbers that have provided express prior consent. For marketing campaigns, you may opt in through a web form, keyword opt-in, or other documented consent method.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the Services. You may receive transactional messages in response to missed calls or form submissions, plus periodic marketing or follow-up messages for which you have opted in.

Opt-Out & HELP

You can opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Replying HELP provides help information. Message and data rates may apply for SMS/MMS messages, depending on your carrier plan. We will not send further marketing messages to a number after it opts out, though we may send required transactional or compliance-related messages where permitted by law.

Carrier & Third-Party Terms

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s terms and conditions. We may share information with our SMS service providers only as needed to deliver messages and comply with carrier and regulatory requirements.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with: (a) SMS and telecommunications providers to register numbers and deliver messages under A2P 10DLC; (b) payment processors to handle billing; (c) analytics and infrastructure providers that operate the Services; and (d) legal authorities where required by law or to protect our rights. Any provider we use is bound to protect your information consistent with this Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including A2P 10DLC record-keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained to demonstrate consent and honor opt-outs.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@alwaysleads.io.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect site functionality.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
